How much can I make? You will earn
$500 for every lead that
you bring us and we close on. There is no limit. For
those who are very ambitious and consistently bring in
leads that we close on, we will increase the commissions
and ad other incentives to reward your efforts.
How do I find these leads? There are
many places to look to find leads and many methods you
can use. You can call for sale by owner and for rent ads
in local newspapers or free magazines. You can check out
websites such as Craigs List, Backpage.com, for sale by
owner websites, or you can call on signs that you see
when you are out driving around. The best signs to call
on are the for sale by owner signs and the for rent
signs. Other options you can try are going door to door
to speak with home owners in person, or even handing out
flyers. What ever method you use is your choice. You are
not limited to these methods. You can be as creative as
you would like.
Once I find a lead what do I do? Once
you have a lead you will submit the information that we
require to our website and we will handle the rest. We
will then keep you informed on the progress of each
deal. Once we close on a deal you get paid, it is as
simple as that. You will be paid within 48hrs of the
closing of each deal. Then repeat the process.
Is there a limit on the amount of money I can
make? There is no limit on
the amount commissions that you can make or the amount
of leads that you can submit.
Is there any costs to become a Bird Dog?
There is no cost to join our
